We understand that plans may change. The following policy applies to cancellations of scheduled services:

Before Work Begins

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of signing a contract or approving a quote: Full refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours but before work begins: Deposit is non-refundable to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

After Work Begins

  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client is responsible for:
    • Payment for all labour and materials used up to the cancellation date.
    • Any restocking fees charged by suppliers.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule service dates with at least 5 business days' notice.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Company Cancellations

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, safety concerns, supply delays), we will reschedule at the earliest possible date or issue a refund of any unused deposit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
