HVAC in Burlington

Heating & Cooling Built for Burlington Homes

Burlington's established neighbourhoods — Roseland, Aldershot, Brant Hills, Tyandaga and the streets around downtown — are full of 1960s and 70s bungalows, back-splits and side-splits. Split-level homes are notoriously hard to heat and cool evenly, and many still run older furnaces or have no central air at all.

North Burlington's newer communities like Alton Village, Millcroft, Orchard and Headon Forest have homes from the 1990s and 2000s whose original equipment is now at the end of its life. We right-size every system, balance the airflow for split-level layouts and recommend heat pumps where they make financial sense.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you install HVAC across all of Burlington?
Yes — from Aldershot and the lakefront to Alton Village, Millcroft and Orchard.
Can you even out temperatures in a split-level home?
Yes. Back-splits and side-splits often have rooms that run hot or cold. Balancing the ductwork, right-sizing the equipment and, if needed, adding a ductless zone usually solves it.
What rebates can Burlington homeowners get?
Through Ontario's Home Renovation Savings Program, cold-climate air-source heat pumps qualify for up to $2,000 in homes heated with natural gas and up to $7,500 in homes heated with electricity, oil or propane — pre-approval is required before installation. A new federal heat pump rebate is expected in 2027. Furnaces and central AC don't currently qualify for government rebates. See our 2026 rebate guide for details.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Temple Construction Corp is TSSA approved and carries $5M liability insurance, serving the GTA and Ontario since 2014.
